NWCKB 2008 Course
May 2008 saw another well attended action packed annual course. Each year the Association provide a good balance of practical martial arts and fun and this year was no exception.

Chris Boughey taught locks and restraints with the help of Dan Harris (who Chris would like to thank as it's a tough job getting thrown around).

This year as is tradition one of Chris' senior instructors delivers some of the course to keep the content action packed.

2008 had Rick Allsop doing a great job teaching ground work.

After a five hour intensive training day hopefully the students went home with many new techniques to practice.

As always Chris would like to thank all the association for its support in making the annual course so much fun.
