Venue for the 2nd and 3rd Degree Sessions at
St Werburgh’s Church Hall 2008
Go left out of the gym along Albany Road, at the junction
with Morrisons turn left onto Wilbraham Road. St Werburgh’s
Road is the fourth turning on the left. 2nd and 3rd
Degree training dates are the same dates as on the sheet.
Session starts at 12 noon and finishes at 1.30pm. The
cost is £5.50 per session. 2nd Degree Balk Belt
Grading will be on Friday 28th November 2008 venue Albany
Rd H.Q. Time 7pm. Cost £100. 3rd Degree Black
Belt Grading will be on Saturday 6th December 2008 venue
St Werburgh’s Church Hall. Time 12 noon. Cost
£100.

Senior Classes 2008
1st DEGREE BLACK BELT CLASSES – for black belt
grades only. These are compulsory, if you cannot attend
a class you must ring no later than 48 hours before
the class starts or advise in advance on 07774-723839.
Class time 2.30 – 4pm Chorlton HQ.
As Black Belt / sash it is upto us to set an example.
Cost is now £5.50 per session.

Sparring Sessions 2008
These are open to both beginners and the higher grades.
The classes will be split with beginners going through
basic sparring moves and drills. The higher grades will
work on advanced techniques and combinations.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, BEGGINERS WELCOME
Time 2pm – 3.30pm Cost £5.50
