Monthly Excellence Awards

The monthly 'Excellence' awards are proving a great motivator to our younger members. Each month an element of training is chosen , it could be fitness, hand combinations etc The students are split into grade groups beginners -orange and green - brown. The Instructor chooses the most improved student who receives a trophy.
