If you are looking for a traditional fighting system, Kung Fu
may well be the martial art for you. The Kung Fu class is taught by senior Instructor
David Schofield who has many years experience within the martial arts.
A typical lesson involves fitness and conditioning training using traditional stances
and moves which are unique to Kung Fu.
As with any martial art there is so much to learn from dynamic kicking and punching
drills to throws and locks for the more experienced students. Sticking hands and sparring
are also important elements of an effective fighting system which you will find in Kung Fu.
